What to have at hand when you log in

If you can, have some good quality moxa at hand, along with some tapers/incense sticks, a lighter and an ashtray. This will mean you can actively take part in the short practice sessions that are scheduled throughout the event.

On the first and second days, having a 'model patient' handy will help, but don't forget that you'll have lifetime access to recordings of each day, so if you can't manage this don't worry - you'll be able to later.

For the second day, you might want to buy some shiunko cream (which is available from quite a few suppliers though the quality can vary - if in doubt you can order some from here.

Don't forget -

The event will be recorded with lifetime access to recordings available for you (so if you miss anything you'll still be able to watch it all again).

The teachers will welcome questions each session.

Full details of how to actually access the event on the first day (and access a certificate if one is appropriate to you) will be provided approximately ten days before the first weekend.

Any questions related to your registration or during the event, please reach out to support@netofknowledge.com. For any questions relating to registration please contact info@moxafrica.org.

Looking forward to seeing you there!
