The "Big Give" Christmas "double your donation" Challenge is now over

Thank you to everyone who managed to donate!

If you had problems accessing the match funding then we are immensely sorry! It was totally beyond our control. Feedback from donors suggests that the Challenge may have suffered from some very serious design flaws.

It appears that the Big Give sponsor funds were simply totally inadequate to match the size of the donation targets that they had accepted from all of the participating charities, so both charities and donors were disappointed and all affected have the right to feel genuinely upset at being misled concerning what to expect. We're sorry, because, in consequence, our own promotional material misled as well.

IN THE END WE RAISED JUST OVER £7000 INSTEAD OF OUR TARGETED £12,000, so we still need your help!

(From our webstatistics we can estimate that at least 50 people a day failed to access the matchfunding when they wanted to, so we know we have your support.)
